LoopMuse Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
This policy describes how LoopMuse, an app published by David W. Hundley, handles your information.
Information collected
LoopMuse does not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts and no servers, and nothing you create in it is sent to us or to anyone else.
- Songs you bring into LoopMuse are stored in the app on your device. They never go to a server of ours.
- If you use iCloud, your songs, saved loops, and sets sync through your own iCloud account (your private CloudKit database and iCloud Drive) so they're on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We can't see any of it. Turn off iCloud for LoopMuse in Settings > [your name] > iCloud to keep everything on one device.
- LoopMuse remembers which song and set you were in on the device itself, so you can pick up where you left off.
- LoopMuse doesn't ask for any permissions. Songs only come in when you hand them over through the Files picker, drag and drop, AirDrop, or the share sheet, and they only leave the app when you send them yourself.
iCloud
If you have iCloud enabled, your data may sync between your devices through your own iCloud account. This data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we cannot access it.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
LoopMuse contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. We do not sell or share data with anyone.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These do not identify you and are used only to fix problems.
Children
LoopMuse does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If LoopMuse ever changes how it handles data, this policy and the app's App Store privacy details will be updated before the change ships, and this page will show a new effective date.
